For reference, the refund policy states:
Article 12 - Trial Period
Party A is entitled to a 7-day trial period.
If no class is taken within 7 days, inclusive of the purchase day, the contract will be terminated, and a full refund, with the subtraction of 5% of the total amount administrative processing fee, will be issued.
If classes are taken within 7 days, inclusive of the purchase day, the attended courses will be calculated at their original prices (according to the rate for that teacher's tier). The contract will subsequently be terminated, and a full refund, with the subtractions of attended course fees, material costs, and 5% of the total amount administrative processing fee, will be issued.
(The amount will be mainly in Taiwan dollars, and the exchange rate will be converted into Taiwan dollars based on the exchange rate of the card issuing bank)
Article 13 - Contract Termination
Regulations and procedures for Party A to terminate the contract are as follows:1. For applications to terminate the contract made within 7 days inclusive of the purchase date, please refer to Article 13.
2. For applications made 7 days from the purchase date and the total points purchased have not exceeded one-third, 50% of the course fee (including platform and other maintenance fees) will be deducted. The client shall bear 50% of the tuition fee.
3. No refund will be issued when the total number of exhausted points exceeds one-third of that initially purchased.
4. All tuition and point calculations stated in Article 14 merely allude to the actual points purchased, excluding bonus points.
5. An administrative processing fee of 5% of the total amount will be collected for all forms of contract termination application.
In the event that Party A’s tuition is paid in full by financial institutions, the creditor-debtor relation shall solely exist between Party A and said institutions; Party B shall not bear any responsibilities.
