Hi~ I am Ashley Su, I have been teaching Chinese for ten years. I graduated from Chi Nan International University. My major is teaching Chinese as a second language. My students are between 8 and 25 years old. My teaching method is task-based teaching. In class, students need to do many different types of tasks. Sometimes they do tasks in groups, sometimes they do tasks individually. Tasks in class may include writing blog posts, reporting news, or replying to emails. It could also be a recording task, recording what you heard, recording your oral presentation or interviewing someone. In my class, we usually read many classical literary articles, we also watch some Chinese movies, and discuss international news, we care about the environment and our society. In the class, students will have some presentation. Sometimes we have debate activities, you can put opinion that you agree with something or not. we also have some board games. In class, students will learn a lot of language skills. Let us start a positive and enjoyable class together. Hope to see you soon~
